What's included in your registration?

(NEW) SPECTATOR PASS:

​

• For those of you who have family members or friends who want to come, hang out, and enjoy the festivities, but don't want to go through canyons. The Ponderosa is a Resort Ranch with a pool and hot tub, horses, ATV tracks, restaurant, rock wall, playgrounds, pool tables and party area, and a lot to do if you opt out of doing canyons (will not be entered into the gear raffle)

 

• T-shirt included, but not complete swag bag (depending on availability)

• 3 evening meals: a highlight of our Rendezvous. Hefty servings! Prime rib dinner, gourmet burgers, Café Rio pork salads, complemented with dessert, of course!   

​

• Evening presentations, live music, entertainment, pool/hot tub party, contests, relaxation station, etc..

STANDARD OPTION:

​

• 3 evening meals. In years past we have noticed how brutal it is to finish a canyon and then have to worry about food. This year you will be able to drop your gear and come and eat.
   

• Workshop Access--During the rendezvous we will be holding several workshops. Workshops will be held Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Workshops will range from an introduction to canyoneering to canyon rescue. 
   

• Entry into evening presentations--Each evening presentation will give you a chance to relax and mingle with others enjoying the rendezvous. Events will range from a pool party to special guest speakers. 
   

• Adventure planning--Never been to Zion? No problem. Our staff will help you with the logistics of each days activities. 
   

• "Swag bags" include; custom designed rendezvous t-shirt, event wrist bands, ticket for the last evening mega gear drawing:), and a lot of other "stuff" from our sponsors.

FULLY-GUIDED REGISTRATION:  (Standard Plus More!):

• 3 Morning Breakfasts. Enjoy a hearty morning breakfast to start your day. Our staff has your standard awesome breakfast of Pancakes, eggs and bacon or simple oatmeal, yogurt and fruit. Coffee and milk is included. You won't go away hungry :)

 

• 3 evening meals. Having a hot meal at the end of an amazing canyon day is always something looked forward to. Even better if you don't have to cook it! Finish your canyon for the day, drop your gear and come and eat. Our staff takes care of the cooking and cleaning all you need to do is sit down and enjoy the company of the other rendezvous attendees.

• Entry into evening presentations--Each evening presentation will give you a chance to relax and mingle with others enjoying the rendezvous. Events will range from gear give-away contests to special guest speakers. 

​

• Canyon guide--You will be assigned a guide for your week of adventure. No need to worry about finding canyon beta or others to Canyoneer with. 

​

• Gear--If you are new to the sport and are needing gear, it will be available to you. 

​

• Wetsuit available if needed.
